In 2015, Dr. Rios began practicing as a hospitalist at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, where he cared for complex and critically ill patients in a multidisciplinary hospital setting. In 2018, after becoming frustrated with the depersonalized nature of modern healthcare, he founded Rios Healthcare Associates to build a practice where patients’ needs come first.
